Payment information: processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details on our systems.

3. Why we collect your data (legal basis)

Consent: when you tick the opt-in checkbox and submit your details, you consent to receiving the free training and related marketing emails. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Contract: if you join our paid programme, we process your data to deliver the service you purchased.
Legitimate interest: we use anonymised analytics to improve our website and content.

Session recording: we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised session replays and heatmaps showing how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement). Clarity does not collect passwords, payment details, or keystrokes in sensitive fields. Microsoft may process this data outside the UK. Advertising platforms: we may share limited data (e.g. hashed email) with platforms like Meta for ad targeting. You can opt out at any time.

All third-party processors are required to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR.

6. How long we keep your data

Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Programme participants: for the duration of the programme plus 6 years for financial record-keeping as required by law
Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised, retained indefinitely
